Tunnelling
Tunnelling is one of the methods of reaching the existing sewer in order to install a new connection. It involves excavating under the road and/or footpath via timber headings. Tunnelling avoids the need to break/excavate the surface of the road, thus saving time and money in liaising with the local council regarding permits/licencing and any traffic management. Furthermore, the road and footpath can be maintained and operate as normal.
We provide a temporary works design to demonstrate that the structure has been installed safely and is guaranteed.

Open Cut
Open cut is one of the methods of reaching the existing sewer in order to install a new connection. It involves excavating a trench, usually in the surface of the road and/or footpath.
